Why can't I sign in?

There is generally two possible problems that can cause problems while trying to sign in:

1. The first problem could be that you have not completed the registration yet. Every new user will be required to click on a link that will be sent to the email they registered with. If you haven't received an email then it is possible that it is in your spam folder. Once you click on the link you will be directed into your welcome page.

2. The second possible reason that you are having trouble logging in is an incorrect password. Passwords can be reset by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link and entering your email in the empty box. Click reset and we will send you an email that has a link in it. Click the link and we will direct you to a page that you can type a new password into.
